The Project & Design Coordinator keeps marketing projects organized, documented, and on schedule. Manages project tools, coordinates deliverables, supports design and production, maintains timelines and files, routes artwork for review, and updates marketing materials and web content. This role works closely with the Strategic Marketing Manager and Brand Manager to support campaigns, trade shows, and daily marketing operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain project tracking systems in Asana, Teams, or similar tools for requests, timelines, and updates.
  • Coordinate daily tasks and deadlines for campaigns, trade shows, and internal initiatives.
  • Support the Brand Manager by updating existing graphics, layouts, and templates in Adobe Creative Suite based on provided direction and established brand standards.
  • Format PowerPoint presentations, sales materials, and internal slides using existing templates.
  • Manage the approved LinkedIn posting calendar and schedule company posts.
  • Support trade show logistics: vendor forms, booth materials, shipping, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Review online store proofs, verify logo placement, and coordinate with vendors on custom item requests.
  • Update Google Business listings for branches, including new openings or relocations.
  • Post approved SharePoint announcements and assist with WordPress content updates.
  • Maintain a clean, organized asset library for photos, videos, and creative files.
  • Proof marketing materials and internal files for accuracy before release.
  • Keep shared folders, project archives, and vendor documentation current.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned


Knowledge and Skills

  • Experience using Asana, Teams, or similar project management tools.
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn posting, WordPress, Google Business Profiles and social media management
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) for updates
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Exceptional communication and vendor management skills
  • Solid organization, project management skills and attention to detail


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of (3) three years of marketing coordination, production, or project support, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry.
