About the role
We are building digital products and growth engines designed to scale to multimillion revenue. You will coordinate cross functional delivery across web development, mobile and web apps, SEO, paid media, social, analytics, and commerce systems. Your mission is simple: keep teams aligned, unblock execution, and land projects on time, in scope, and on budget.
What you will do
Program and project coordination
- Run agile ceremonies, organize backlogs, write clear tickets, create realistic roadmaps, and track dependencies across squads
- Own timelines, RAID logs, resource plans, and change requests
- Maintain single source of truth in Jira or Asana and produce weekly status reports for executives
Web and app delivery
- Coordinate builds for high traffic websites, landing pages, and iOS or Android apps
- Translate business goals into functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and definition of done
- Manage vendors and agencies, align SOWs with milestones, and validate deliverables
Growth and marketing technology
- Partner with SEO, content, and paid media teams to ship experiments at speed
- Orchestrate integrations for Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, server side tracking, and pixel governance
- Ensure attribution, UTMs, and event schemas are consistent across channels
Commerce, payments, and invoicing
- Coordinate integration of Stripe, Braintree, PayPal, or Adyen with order management and tax services
- Support PCI readiness tasks with Security and Finance
- Improve invoicing and reconciliation flows with Accounting and RevOps
Data and quality
- Align API contracts for REST or GraphQL, validate payloads, and manage versioning plans
- Set up test plans, UAT rounds, bug triage, and release checklists
- Monitor SLAs and SLOs, coordinate incident response, and drive postmortems
Governance and compliance
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and runbooks
- Track risks related to privacy, accessibility, and brand standards
- Support audits for SOC 2, GDPR, and CCPA in partnership with Legal and Security
What you have
- 3 to 6 years coordinating software projects at a startup or enterprise scale
- Strong command of Jira or Asana, Confluence or Notion, and Slack or Teams
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API basics, plus comfort reading GitHub PRs
- Familiarity with CI or CD pipelines, feature flagging, and release trains
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush and ad platforms such as Google Ads or Meta
- Hands on experience coordinating payment gateways and basic understanding of PCI requirements
- Analytics literacy including GA4, Looker or Power BI, and experimentation platforms
- Excellent communication, crisp documentation, and diplomacy under pressure
Nice to have
- Exposure to Shopify, headless CMS, or WordPress at scale
- Basic SQL or Python for data validation
- Mobile release process familiarity for App Store and Play Console
- Agency or vendor management across multiple time zones

- On time delivery rate, scope variance, and budget adherence
- Experiment throughput, cycle time, and win rate
- Defect escape rate and mean time to resolution
- Stakeholder satisfaction score from quarterly surveys
- Documentation completeness and audit readiness
30, 60, 90 day plan
- 30 days: absorb product strategy, inventory projects, stabilize rituals, and publish a master timeline
- 60 days: ship two release trains, implement a standard intake process, and reduce blockers through dependency mapping
- 90 days: scale an experimentation cadence, harden release quality gates, and deliver one cross domain initiative from brief to impact
