Responsibilities

- Lead the creation and management of integrated campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, email marketing, and performance marketing channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- Oversee SEO optimization efforts to improve organic search rankings and increase web traffic through keyword research, content development, and technical site audits.
- Manage advertising sales initiatives by collaborating with sales teams to develop compelling proposals and promotional materials that drive revenue growth.
- Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics and other performance metrics to monitor campaign effectiveness, optimize ROI, and inform future strategies.
- Supervise the development of engaging content tailored for B2B (business-to-business) audiences while maintaining consistency in brand voice across all channels.
- Oversee website management using WordPress and basic HTML skills to ensure site updates are timely, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and enhance customer engagement through personalized messaging.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and customer needs to inform product management decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, creative services, and external agencies to ensure cohesive branding efforts.
- Manage departmental budgets effectively while ensuring all marketing activities deliver measurable results aligned with business objectives.
Skills
- Proven expertise in digital marketing disciplines such as SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong knowledge of advertising platforms including Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords; experience with print advertising is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creative asset development.
- Experience with website management using WordPress; basic HTML knowledge is advantageous.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics for tracking campaign performance and deriving actionable insights.
