What we are looking:We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisior to oversee and manage our Architecture business transactions.Your role will involve ensuring that all activities comply with regulations and standards.If you are passionate about growth and thrive in leadership roles, we would love to hear from you.Job Description:1.Site SupervisionOversee day-to-day operations at the project site.Monitor the progress of interior fit-out works (e.g., carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, painting, flooring, etc.).Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and standards.2.Team CoordinationCoordinate with subcontractors, vendors, labor teams, and other on-site workers.Assign tasks and ensure productivity.Resolve issues or conflicts between site workers or teams.3.Quality ControlEnsure all materials and workmanship meet quality standards.Conduct inspections and report defects.Prevent rework by monitoring installation techniques and finishing quality.4.Project Management SupportAssist project managers or interior designers with implementation on-site.Provide feedback from the site to the design/management team.Help maintain schedules and meet project deadlines.5.Site Reporting &amp; DocumentationMaintain daily/weekly progress reports.6.
