Site Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisior to oversee and manage our Architecture business transactions.

Your role will involve ensuring that all activities comply with regulations and standards.

Job Description:

1.Site Supervision

Oversee day-to-day operations at the project site.

Monitor the progress of interior fit-out works (e.g., carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, painting, flooring, etc.).

Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and standards.

2.Team Coordination

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, labor teams, and other on-site workers.

Assign tasks and ensure productivity.

Resolve issues or conflicts between site workers or teams.

3.Quality Control

Ensure all materials and workmanship meet quality standards.

Conduct inspections and report defects.

Prevent rework by monitoring installation techniques and finishing quality.

4.Project Management Support

Assist project managers or interior designers with implementation on-site.

Provide feedback from the site to the design/management team.

Help maintain schedules and meet project deadlines.

5.Site Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily/weekly progress reports.

6. Client & Consultant Coordination

Assist during site visits by clients, consultants, or designers.

Implement any instructions or changes issued by consultants.

Provide site status updates.

Ideal Skills for the Role

Knowledge of interior design and construction techniques.

Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Problem-solving and adaptability on-site.

Time management and multi-tasking ability.

Educational Qualification:

ITI or Interior Design

Location-Kannur (Preferred)
