Job Title: HR Executive (Generalist)Location: [On-site] Experience: 1&ndash;3 years Department: Human ResourcesRole Overview We are looking for an HR Executive &ndash; Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle. The role involves recruitment support, employee engagement, HR administration, and policy implementation while ensuring a positive employee experience.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, scheduling interviews, and coordination</li><li>Support onboarding and induction of new joiners</li><li>Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation</li><li>Assist in payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and compliance</li><li>Support performance management and appraisal processes</li><li>Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures</li><li>Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications</li><li>Support HR audits and ensure statutory compliance</li><li>Coordinate exit formalities and documentation</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role</li><li>Basic knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong organizational and documentation skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR systems/tools</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in recruitment coordination</li><li>Exposure to payroll or HR operations</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: From ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
