Executive - HR (Generalist)

Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Executive – Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle. The role involves recruitment support, employee engagement, HR administration, and policy implementation while ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, scheduling interviews, and coordination
  • Support onboarding and induction of new joiners
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation
  • Assist in payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and compliance
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
  • Support HR audits and ensure statutory compliance
  • Coordinate exit formalities and documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR systems/tools
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in recruitment coordination
  • Exposure to payroll or HR operations
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
