ASSISTANT MANAGER - HUMAN RESOURCES

Summary

You will be responsible for supporting the effective functioning of the Human Resources department in alignment with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies, People Philosophy, and brand standards. The Assistant Manager – Human Resources (Employee Engagement) plays a key role in creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture by driving engagement initiatives, enhancing employee experience, and fostering meaningful communication between employees and management.

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years' work experience as Assistant Manager Human Resources or Executive in larger operation and specialized in Employee Engagement. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
