Assistant Manager - HR

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Screen , Coordinate and schedule interviews
  • Assist with face-to-face communication and coordination with candidates.
  • Support end-to-end onboarding process and documentation.
  • Release offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
  • New hire orientations.

2. Payroll & Attendance

  • Accurate monthly payroll processing.
  • Track daily attendance (staff & labor) via HRIS system.
  • Manage leave records and ensure timely updates.
  • Address on-ground salary-related queries.
  • Monitor absenteeism and report daily to the senior management
  • Releasing of Payslips through HRIS

3. HR Operations

  • Maintain and update HRIS and employee database accurately.
  • Coordinate with the Airtel account manager for SIM card allocation, KYC, and tracking.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances; escalate to HR Manager
  • Share monthly MIS reports with the Senior Management
  • Ensure statutory compliance and timely filing of returns.
  • Execute Performance appraisal in coordination with the Senior Management.
  • Support rollout of strategic HR initiatives.
  • Provide on-ground support for policy implementation and compliance tracking.
  • Facilitate communication between on-site teams and remote teams

4. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Assist in planning and executing engagement activities.
  • Promote team-building initiatives and cultural alignment
  • Gather feedback on morale and workplace environment and share insights
  • Provide daily support to staff.

5. Training & Development

  • Coordinate and execute employee training sessions.
  • Support in collecting post-training feedback.
  • Assist in implementing learning & development initiatives .

6. General Administration

  • Oversee daily upkeeping of office and factory premises.
  • Conduct routine visits to office and factory locations.
  • Liaise with vendors and manage facility-related issues onsite.
  • Manage Vendor Invoices & Payments.
  • Coordinate for office & IT related activities with the Team

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 2-5 year experience in HR operations within a manufacturing setup.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well-versed with HRIS systems and labor laws.
  • Capable of multitasking with excellent time management.
  • A team player with a proactive and problem-solving approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
