Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives
  • Lead the HR team and oversee all HR functions at the site
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs
  • Partner with site leadership to support organizational development and change management
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
  • Collaborate with corporate HR to ensure consistency and alignment with company policies
  • Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters to employees and managers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree in HRM or MBA in HR is preferred
