Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin & HR Executive who will manage day-to-day administrative operations along with core HR responsibilities such as attendance management, onboarding, hiring support, employee coordination, and exit formalities. The candidate should be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:A) HR Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage daily attendance records, leave tracking, and employee database.
- Handle complete employee onboarding process including documentation, joining formalities, and induction support.
- Support recruitment activities such as posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and shortlisting profiles.
- Manage employee exit process including resignation tracking, exit formalities, clearance coordination, and documentation.
- Maintain employee files, HR records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in preparing HR reports such as attendance summary, employee status updates, and hiring tracker.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
B) Admin Responsibilities
- Manage office administration tasks such as stationery procurement, vendor coordination, and office maintenance.
- Handle office cleanliness, repairs, and coordination with facility service providers.
- Maintain records of office assets and inventory.
- Assist in travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and internal scheduling as required.
- Support management with documentation, data entry, filing, and basic reporting work.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and discipline management.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of attendance management and HR documentation
- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring process
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and follow-up ability
- Good command over MS Excel, MS Word, Email handling
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters
- Organized, responsible, and multitasking ability
Qualification & Experience
- Graduation in any discipline
- 0–2 years of experience in Admin + HR role (preferred)
- Freshers with strong admin/HR knowledge can also apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
