Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin &amp; HR Executive who will manage day-to-day administrative operations along with core HR responsibilities such as attendance management, onboarding, hiring support, employee coordination, and exit formalities. The candidate should be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:A) HR Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain and manage daily attendance records, leave tracking, and employee database.</li><li>Handle complete employee onboarding process including documentation, joining formalities, and induction support.</li><li>Support recruitment activities such as posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and shortlisting profiles.</li><li>Manage employee exit process including resignation tracking, exit formalities, clearance coordination, and documentation.</li><li>Maintain employee files, HR records, and ensure compliance with company policies.</li><li>Assist in preparing HR reports such as attendance summary, employee status updates, and hiring tracker.</li><li>Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.</li></ul>B) Admin Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage office administration tasks such as stationery procurement, vendor coordination, and office maintenance.</li><li>Handle office cleanliness, repairs, and coordination with facility service providers.</li><li>Maintain records of office assets and inventory.</li><li>Assist in travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and internal scheduling as required.</li><li>Support management with documentation, data entry, filing, and basic reporting work.</li><li>Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and discipline management.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of attendance management and HR documentation</li><li>Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring process</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong coordination and follow-up ability</li><li>Good command over MS Excel, MS Word, Email handling</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters</li><li>Organized, responsible, and multitasking ability</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience<ul><li>Graduation in any discipline</li><li>0&ndash;2 years of experience in Admin + HR role (preferred)</li><li>Freshers with strong admin/HR knowledge can also apply</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
