This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our youngest learners while working alongside dedicated educators committed to excellence in early childhood education.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead daily classroom activities for infants, ensuring a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports their physical, emotional, and cognitive growth</li><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula incorporating principles of curriculum development, literacy education, and early intervention strategies</li><li>Manage classroom routines including diapering, feeding, nap times, and sensory play to promote healthy development and comfort</li><li>Observe and assess each child's progress, documenting milestones and communicating with families about their child's growth and needs</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to design lesson plans that incorporate Montessori methods, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies</li><li>Support children with special educational needs by adapting activities and working closely with specialists in childhood development and child welfare</li><li>Maintain a safe classroom environment by adhering to health and safety standards, conducting regular safety checks, and managing behavior effectively</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior classroom experience working with infants or toddlers in daycare or preschool settings is essential</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood education practices including curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and specialists in the field of childhood development</li><li>Knowledge of Montessori methods or other child-centered educational philosophies is advantageous</li><li>Previous experience in private school or daycare environments that emphasize childhood welfare and developmental milestones</li></ul>Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to fostering joyful learning experiences for infants.
