About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and experienced Freelance HR Trainer who can conduct high-quality training sessions for students and professionals. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical knowledge on key HR concepts, tools, and industry practices.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct interactive HR training sessions (online or offline).</li><li>Teach core HR modules such as Recruitment, Payroll, HR Analytics, HR Operations, Performance Management, and Compliance.</li><li>Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and case studies.</li><li>Provide real-time examples and practical insights to enhance student learning.</li><li>Assess trainees&rsquo; performance and provide constructive feedback.</li><li>Stay updated with latest trends, HR tools, and industry requirements.</li><li>Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of experience in HR roles (Recruitment, HR Generalist, Payroll, etc.).</li><li>Prior experience as a trainer or mentor preferred.</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to explain complex HR topics in simple and practical ways.</li><li>Familiarity with HRMS tools, onboarding systems, compliance, and documentation.</li><li>Strong command over MS Office and HR reporting.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>MBA in HR / HR Certification (not mandatory but preferred).</li><li>Experience in corporate HR training or institute-based teaching.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Flexible working hours.</li><li>Competitive session-based or per student based remuneration.</li><li>Long-term collaboration based on performance.</li><li>Opportunity to train freshers and working professionals.</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, Freelance Contract length: 3 monthsBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>
