As part of our commitment to excellence, we are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Trainer to join our team and deliver high-quality training to our students.

· Position Overview:

We are seeking an SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Trainer with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM processes and configurations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting online training sessions as part of our SAP HCM training program. This is a freelance position requiring flexibility in scheduling and the ability to deliver engaging and informative sessions.

· Key Responsibilities:

· Training Delivery: Conduct SAP HCM training sessions for individuals and groups, ensuring students gain the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage and implement SAP Human Capital Management solutions.

o Morning Batch: 3 classes per weekday & 2 classes Weekend ( Class online )

· Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM modules.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management processes and how they are implemented within the SAP ERP environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand manner.
• Ability to motivate and engage students, leveraging online teaching methods effectively.
