We specialize in structural steel engineering, fabrication, installation, and industrial steel solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.We are currently seeking a motivated and technically strong Junior Sales Engineer to join our growing team.Job OverviewThe Junior Sales Engineer will be responsible for supporting business development activities, generating leads, preparing technical-commercial proposals, and coordinating with clients for structural steel and fabrication projects across the UAE.This role is ideal for candidates with 2&ndash;3 years of experience in structural steel, steel fabrication, or construction-related sales.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities in structural steel and fabrication projects</li><li>Meet contractors, consultants, and project managers to promote company services</li><li>Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on project requirements</li><li>Coordinate with engineering and production teams for accurate costing</li><li>Follow up on quotations and negotiate contract terms</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients</li><li>Track market trends and competitor activities</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of UAE experience in structural steel / steel fabrication / construction sales</li><li>Strong understanding of steel structures and fabrication processes (preferred)</li><li>Valid UAE driving license (preferred)</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to read drawings and understand technical specifications</li><li>Immediate joining preferred</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Commission / performance incentives</li><li>Career growth opportunities</li><li>Professional work environment</li><li>Exposure to large-scale industrial and construction projects</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
