What You&rsquo;ll Do
Business Office Responsibilities<ul><li>
Lead daily Business Office operations in a skilled nursing setting</li><li>
Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, billing, and Resident Trust Accounts</li><li>
Process payroll accurately and maintain employment records in coordination with HR functions</li><li>
Maintain census records, resolve discrepancies, and submit required reports</li><li>
Ensure accurate billing for Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payors</li><li>
Follow up on past-due accounts with appropriate documentation</li><li>
Communicate with residents, families, and payors regarding financial matters</li><li>
Maintain financial records, budgets, and office systems in compliance with regulations</li></ul>
HR &amp; Team Member Support Responsibilities<ul><li>
Coordinate and manage recruitment activities, including postings, candidate communication, and interview scheduling</li><li>
Develop and execute recruiting plans to attract qualified candidates</li><li>
Assist with onboarding and new hire processes to ensure a smooth transition</li><li>
Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with policies and regulations</li><li>
Network through industry contacts, associations, and employee referrals</li><li>
Provide administrative support to leadership and help foster a positive employee experience</li></ul>
What You Bring<ul><li>
High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>
Minimum three (3) years of bookkeeping, Business Office, HR, or related experience</li><li>
Long-term care or healthcare experience strongly preferred</li><li>
Payroll, AR/AP, or recruiting experience preferred</li><li>
Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Service-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow</li><li>
Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude with excellent attendance</li></ul>
