What You’ll Do

• Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan

• Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care

• Understand and practice infection control procedures

• Comply with documentation/record-keeping policies, including vitals

• Report violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately

• Administer medications in accordance with your certification and training

What You Bring

• Current CNA/STNA license

• Completed Medication Aide course and successfully passed test

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

• Service mentality and a thirst for learning

• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

• Excellent attendance
