The role ensures smooth purchasing operations while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.Key Responsibilities1. Procurement Support<ul><li>Assist in preparing and issuing Purchase Orders (POs).</li><li>Obtain quotations from suppliers and compare prices.</li><li>Prepare comparison statements (technical &amp; commercial).</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers for material availability and lead time.</li></ul>2. Vendor Coordination<ul><li>Maintain supplier database and contact details.</li><li>Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.</li><li>Resolve minor supply or documentation issues.</li><li>Assist in vendor evaluation and registration process.</li></ul>3. Documentation &amp; Record Keeping<ul><li>Maintain purchase records and filing system.</li><li>Track and update purchase order status.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation (LPO, Delivery Notes, Invoices).</li><li>Coordinate with accounts department for invoice verification.</li></ul>4. Project Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with site engineers/storekeepers for material requirements.</li><li>Monitor material delivery schedules.</li><li>Assist in urgent procurement for site requirements.</li></ul>5. Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician cum Plumber to join our Interior Design and Fit-Out team in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical and plumbing systems for residential, commercial, and fit-out projects, ensuring all work complies with UAE regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Works<ul><li>Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, lighting, switches, sockets, DBs, and related systems</li><li>Read and interpret electrical drawings and layout plans</li><li>Perform testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems</li><li>Ensure electrical work complies with UAE electrical codes and safety standards</li></ul>Plumbing Works<ul><li>Install, repair, and maintain water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems</li><li>Fix leaks, blockages, fixtures, valves, pumps, and fittings</li><li>Interpret plumbing drawings and site layouts</li><li>Ensure proper water pressure and system functionality</li></ul>General Duties<ul><li>Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other trades</li><li>Ensure work is completed on time and according to project specifications</li><li>Follow company safety policies and UAE HSE regulations</li><li>Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition</li><li>Report material requirements and site issues to the supervisor</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of experience as Electrician and Plumber in UAE (fit-out/interior projects preferred)</li><li>Diploma / ITI / Trade Certificate in Electrical or Plumbing</li><li>Knowledge of UAE electrical and plumbing standards</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Good understanding of MEP drawings</li><li>Physically fit and able to work on-site</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li><li>Attention to detail and safety</li><li>Time management and teamwork</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks on site</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary (as per experience)</li><li>Accommodation / Transportation (as per company policy)</li><li>Overtime as per UAE Labour Law</li><li>Annual leave and benefits in accordance with UAE Labour Law</li></ul>Visa Status<ul><li>Visit visa / Cancelled visa / Employment visa holders can apply</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
