The role involves calling potential clients, promoting real estate projects, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided leads</li><li>Explain real estate projects, pricing, and payment plans clearly</li><li>Identify customer needs and qualify leads for the sales consultants</li><li>Schedule property viewings and meetings for the sales team</li><li>Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM</li><li>Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets</li><li>Follow up with interested clients and nurture them until closure</li><li>Stay updated on current real estate projects and market trends</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong communication and persuasion skills</li><li>Ability to handle objections and close leads effectively</li><li>Target-oriented and self-motivated personality</li><li>Familiar with CRM systems and basic computer skills</li><li>Experience in UAE real estate telesales is an added advantage</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
