Position SummaryThe ICT / Computer Teacher is responsible for delivering effective instruction in information and communication technology, developing students&rsquo; digital literacy, computational thinking, and responsible use of technology. The teacher integrates technology into learning while following curriculum guidelines and school policies.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and deliver ICT and Computer Science lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum</li><li>Teach topics such as computer fundamentals, MS Office, coding basics, internet safety, and emerging technologies</li><li>Develop lesson plans, practical activities, and assessments</li><li>Conduct hands-on lab sessions and supervise students during practical work</li><li>Assess and evaluate student performance through projects, tests, and assignments</li><li>Promote digital citizenship, cyber safety, and ethical technology use</li><li>Maintain computer lab discipline and ensure proper use of equipment</li><li>Coordinate with IT staff for maintenance of computer systems and software</li><li>Integrate technology tools into classroom instruction across subjects</li><li>Keep records of attendance, assessments, and lab usage</li><li>Participate in school events, training sessions, and professional development</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field</li><li>Experience teaching ICT or Computer Studies is preferred</li></ul>Skills and Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and basic programming</li><li>Familiarity with educational technology and smart classroom tools</li><li>Effective classroom and lab management skills</li><li>Ability to explain technical concepts in a student-friendly manner</li><li>Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills</li></ul>Grade Levels<ul><li>Primary / Middle / Secondary (as applicable)</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Classroom and computer laboratory setting</li><li>Full-time position during the academic year</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
