 Responsibilities

 Specialise in the resale market
 </li>
 <li>
 Source and secure property listings, maintaining an updated portfolio.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct property viewings and client meetings with confidence and professionalism.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate and close transactions while delivering excellent client service.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and buyers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated on
 
 market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with your
 
 Team Leader and colleagues
 
 to achieve sales targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with
 
 RERA regulations
 
 and company standards.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Fluent in
 
 English
 
 (spoken &amp; written); other languages are an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 3&ndash;5 years&rsquo; experience
 
 in Dubai&rsquo;s secondary market (preferred) &ndash; but motivated freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong track record in closing
 
 resale transactions
 
 (for experienced candidates).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent
 
 communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 
 RERA certification
 
 (preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 A positive, target-driven mindset with the
