Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell secondary properties across Dubai

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms

• Present property details, pricing, ROI, and investment opportunities to clients

• Conduct property viewings and guide clients throughout the sales process

• Negotiate offers and successfully close property transactions

• Maintain long‑term client relationships for repeat and referral business

• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and property availability

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in Dubai real estate sales or leasing (secondary market or offplan)

• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills

• Ability to build relationships with investors and high‑net‑worth clients

• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and results‑oriented

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

• UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory
