 Partnership Development

 Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with potential funding partners, corporate sponsors, community organizations, and government agencies
 
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Support grant proposal development by contributing narrative sections, partnership letters, and supporting documentation
 
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Represent Aurattech at networking events, conferences, and community forums to build the organization&rsquo;s external profile

 Maintain a CRM or partnership tracker to manage outreach pipelines and follow-up schedules
 
 
 
 
 Participant Recruitment &amp; Community Engagement

 Design and execute recruitment campaigns to meet or exceed the target of 750+ inbound applications annually
 
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Build referral networks with schools, community centers, NGOs, and local government to reach underserved populations
 
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Coordinate information sessions, open houses, and community events that introduce Aurattech&rsquo;s programs to prospective participants
 
 
 
 
 Student Placements &amp; Employer Engagement
 
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Build and manage a pipeline of employer partners, including private sector companies, social enterprises, and government bodies willing to hire or host Aurattech graduates
 
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Conduct employer outreach to secure internship, apprenticeship, freelance, and full-time placement opportunities aligned with program tracks
 
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Work with the Program Manager to align curriculum outcomes with market demand and employer expectations
 
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Support participants with job-readiness preparation including CV reviews, interview coaching, and workplace orientation
 
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Track placement outcomes (employment rate, type of placement, time-to-placement) and report against the target of &ge;50% employment or livelihood gains at six months post-completion
 
 
 
 
 Alumni Management &amp; Engagement
 
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Design and launch an alumni engagement program that maintains ongoing relationships with Aurattech graduates
 
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Build and maintain an alumni database tracking post-program outcomes including employment status, further education, and entrepreneurial ventures
 
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Organize alumni events, mentorship circles, and networking sessions that strengthen the Aurattech community and create peer-to-peer learning opportunities
 
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Mobilize alumni as ambassadors for recruitment, storytelling, and donor engagement activities

 Coordinate with the Research Manager to integrate alumni tracking data into longitudinal impact evaluations and M&amp;E reporting
 
 
 
 
 Monitoring &amp; Reporting
 
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Track and report on outreach KPIs including application volumes, social media engagement, partnership pipeline progress, placement rates, and alumni engagement metrics
 
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Collaborate with the Research Manager and M&amp;E team to integrate impact data into external communications and donor reports
 
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Contribute to quarterly and annual reporting on organizational visibility, placement outcomes, and partnership development
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 QUALIFICATIONS
 
 
 
 
 Required
 
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Development Studies, Human Resources, or a related field
 
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 2&ndash;4 years of experience in outreach, communications, partnerships, or placements within an NGO, social enterprise, or development organization
 
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
 
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building relationships with diverse stakeholders including employers, donors, and community partners
 
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Experience with employer engagement, career services, job placement, or workforce development programs

 Comfort working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with a small team

 Experience working with underserved or marginalized communities in Pakistan

 Experience with CRM tools, Monday.com, or similar project management platforms
