Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.</li><li>Schedule and dispatch tow inquiries</li><li>Create and manage online parts and parts vehicle postings (Facebook / Website / Craigslist/ etc.)</li><li>Manage vehicle in inventory</li><li>Handle onsite filing tasks</li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Familiarity with the recycling industry is preferred but not required</li><li>Spanish proficiency preferred but not required</li></ul>Skills <ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication</li><li>Active listening</li><li>Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Email)</li><li>Organizational and multitasking abilities</li></ul>Work Environment Part Time Remote / Part Time OnsiteCompensation &amp; Benefits This is a full-time position offering 40 hours per week at $15 per hour, with an additional 10 hours of overtime each week paid at $22.50 per hour.Pay: $15.00 - $22.50 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Aurora, IL 60506
