Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Schedule and dispatch tow inquiries
• Create and manage online parts and parts vehicle postings (Facebook / Website / Craigslist/ etc.)
• Manage vehicle in inventory
• Handle onsite filing tasks

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the recycling industry is preferred but not required
• Spanish proficiency preferred but not required

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Active listening
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Email)
• Organizational and multitasking abilities

Work Environment

Part Time Remote / Part Time Onsite

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time position offering 40 hours per week at $15 per hour, with an additional 10 hours of overtime each week paid at $22.50 per hour.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.50 per hour
