Job OverviewAurora Roofing &amp; Restoration is looking for a Marketing &amp; Growth Master &mdash; someone who doesn&rsquo;t just &ldquo;run ads,&rdquo; but builds systems that generate real, high-quality roofing leads and help the company scale fast.We need a strategic, creative, and technical expert who understands how to dominate local markets using Google Guaranteed (Local Services Ads), automation, and high-converting marketing systems.You will lead all aspects of marketing: from designing campaigns and building landing pages, to managing lead funnels, CRM integrations, analytics, and brand growth.This is not a basic marketing role &mdash; it&rsquo;s for someone who can take full ownership of our marketing department and drive measurable business results.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive digital growth strategy for roofing, siding, and restoration services.</li><li>Set up and manage Google Guaranteed / Local Services Ads with advanced targeting and lead tracking.</li><li>Design and maintain landing pages and websites optimized for conversion and SEO (WordPress, Webflow, or similar).</li><li>Implement and automate lead management using CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, JobNimbus, etc.).</li><li>Create and manage email marketing flows, remarketing campaigns, and SMS automation.</li><li>Build and manage marketing dashboards with real-time performance analytics.</li><li>Create high-quality content and visuals for ads, social media, and company branding.</li><li>Analyze market trends, competitors, and local opportunities to stay ahead.</li><li>Work directly with the company owner to define growth goals and execute them aggressively.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>8+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in construction, roofing, or home improvement.</li><li>Deep knowledge of Google Guaranteed / Local Services Ads and Google My Business optimization.</li><li>Strong expertise in SEO, website design, marketing automation, and CRM systems.</li><li>Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, etc.).</li><li>Graphic design and content creation skills are a huge plus.</li><li>Highly organized, data-driven, and results-oriented.</li><li>Proven ability to generate leads and reduce cost-per-acquisition (CPA).</li><li>Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary + strong performance bonuses.</li><li>Long-term opportunity to grow and lead the company&rsquo;s marketing division.</li><li>Creative freedom and full ownership of marketing strategy.</li><li>A serious company with a mission: to become one of the top roofing &amp; restoration brands in the Northeast.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Relocation assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
