Job Overview

Aurora Roofing & Restoration is looking for a Marketing & Growth Master — someone who doesn’t just “run ads,” but builds systems that generate real, high-quality roofing leads and help the company scale fast.

We need a strategic, creative, and technical expert who understands how to dominate local markets using Google Guaranteed (Local Services Ads), automation, and high-converting marketing systems.

You will lead all aspects of marketing: from designing campaigns and building landing pages, to managing lead funnels, CRM integrations, analytics, and brand growth.

This is not a basic marketing role — it’s for someone who can take full ownership of our marketing department and drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital growth strategy for roofing, siding, and restoration services.
• Set up and manage Google Guaranteed / Local Services Ads with advanced targeting and lead tracking.
• Design and maintain landing pages and websites optimized for conversion and SEO (WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
• Implement and automate lead management using CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, JobNimbus, etc.).
• Create and manage email marketing flows, remarketing campaigns, and SMS automation.
• Build and manage marketing dashboards with real-time performance analytics.
• Create high-quality content and visuals for ads, social media, and company branding.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and local opportunities to stay ahead.
• Work directly with the company owner to define growth goals and execute them aggressively.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in construction, roofing, or home improvement.
• Deep knowledge of Google Guaranteed / Local Services Ads and Google My Business optimization.
• Strong expertise in SEO, website design, marketing automation, and CRM systems.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, etc.).
• Graphic design and content creation skills are a huge plus.
• Highly organized, data-driven, and results-oriented.
• Proven ability to generate leads and reduce cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
