We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist who gets it. Someone who understands how to make a brand’s voice feel like something—and knows how to turn that into scroll-stopping content. If you live for the “idea” as much as the “execution,” love blending creative instincts with data, and can mentor others to think that way too—you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the feed. Lead the strategy, planning, and creative direction for multiple hardware-based brands. You’ll decide what stories we tell, how we tell them, and when influencer/UGC content needs to step in.
  • Mentor and manage. You’ll have one direct report (content creator) and help develop their voice, timing, and creative instincts. As we grow, you’ll eventually lead both content and influencer teams.
  • Build brand personalities. Create and maintain distinct social voices for each brand—knowing when to be serious, when to educate, and when to jump on a trend.
  • Work hand-in-hand with influencers. Partner with The Ripple Network, our 15,000+ influencer community, to curate authentic content that drives engagement and sales.
  • Keep your ear to the ground. Spot cultural moments, social trends, and audience insights before they go mainstream.
  • Measure and adapt. Use analytics to guide creative decisions, not dictate them. Report what’s working and why.

What You Bring

  • A proven track record of managing and growing multiple brand accounts (bonus points for agency or hardware/DIY experience).
  • Strong creative instincts—you can brainstorm, storyboard, and write in any brand’s tone.
  • Experience with influencer campaigns and community engagement.
  • Comfort leading and mentoring a small team.
  • An eye for detail and a mind for metrics.
  • The ability to balance scrappy creativity with strategy.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
