Marketing Content Creator

Southlake, United States

Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, creative innovation, and disrupting the status quo in healthcare. As part of a fast-growing and mission-driven dental implant startup, you’ll play a key role in helping patients discover something truly different—something better. We’re looking for a self-motivated Social Media Manager who thrives on creating meaningful, captivating content that brings our message to life: that people deserve better solutions, and we’re here to provide them.

The perfect candidate is dialed into social trends, unafraid to challenge outdated norms, and excited to turn technical procedures into emotional, human-centered stories. This role collaborates closely with the management and clinical teams to develop and execute content strategies across multiple platforms for the parent company and its affiliates. You'll be instrumental in getting our practice into the public eye, engaging a largely geriatric audience, and helping caregivers and patients alike recognize the life-changing impact of what we do.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Content Creation: Develop and produce compelling, high-quality content—including social media posts, short-form videos, reels, blog articles, and email newsletters—that showcase our cutting-edge technologies, patient stories, and brand personality.
  • Social Media Management: Build and expand the company’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Responsibilities include scheduling posts, managing engagement, and building an active, mission-aligned community.
  • Video Editing & Storytelling: Use raw footage from in-house shoots to create powerful video content that conveys transformation, trust, and hope. Bonus if you can color grade and edit for various platform formats.
  • Caption Writing & Messaging: Write clean, on-brand, emotionally resonant captions and headlines that educate and connect with our audience—especially mature patients and their caregivers.
  • Trend & Competitor Monitoring: Stay ahead of platform trends, industry developments, and competitor strategies to ensure our content remains fresh, timely, and differentiated.
  • Visual Media Production: Capture or coordinate high-quality images and video content to support brand storytelling, including patient testimonials and behind-the-scenes looks at our team and process.
  • Analytics & Strategy: Monitor content performance through insights and analytics tools. Adapt strategies based on engagement metrics, community feedback, and campaign results.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Partner with clinical and leadership teams to deeply understand the patient journey, services, and differentiators—and translate that into public-facing content that matters.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field preferred but not required
  • Experience in content creation, social media management, or storytelling (portfolio > resume)
  • Strong writing and editing skills—especially for patient-facing or consumer audiences
  • Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent
  • Basic photography and video production skills; ability to edit short-form video
  • Understanding of SEO and social media platform optimization
  • Experience engaging online communities and managing public interaction
  • Passion for healthcare, wellness, or mission-driven storytelling
  • Bonus: Experience with paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads) or CRM tools (Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.)
