Media Content Photography and Video developer for Cosmetic Surgery and MedSpa

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Cosmetic Surgery and MedSpa Media Content Photography and Video Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating captivating and informative visual content that showcases the transformative results and luxurious experience of our Cosmetic surgery and MedSpa services. Your work will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand visibility, communicate our brand identity and values, educate our audience, and drive engagement and conversion across various digital platforms and channels.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to develop creative concepts and content strategies for Cosmetic surgery and MedSpa marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Work closely with our outsourced media company to plan, coordinate, and execute photo and video shoots that capture the essence of our Cosmetic surgery procedures, MedSpa treatments, facilities, and patient experiences while adhering to brand guidelines and industry regulations.
• Direct and guide patients and staff members to convey the desired emotions, narratives, and messaging in visual storytelling, ensuring professionalism, sensitivity, and authenticity.
• Capture high-quality, aesthetically pleasing, and technically proficient photography and videography of Cosmetic surgery procedures, MedSpa treatments, Skincare products, and promotional events.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual style and brand identity for cosmetic surgery and MedSpa content, reflecting our commitment to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction.
• Ensure consistency and coherence in visual storytelling to be sent to our marketing specialists for them to post across different media contexts and platforms.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Cosmetic surgery, Aesthetics, and digital media production, and incorporate relevant insights into content creation strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing Specialist media designers and animators to integrate visual content seamlessly into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives to add engagement and impact.
• Monitor the performance and reception of Cosmetic surgery and MedSpa content across digital platforms, analyze key metrics and audience feedback and provide recommendations for optimizing content effectiveness and audience engagement.
• Maintain organized digital asset libraries including photos, videos, graphics and other multimedia content to ensure accessibility, version control, and efficient content production workflows.

Requirements:

• Bilingual: Spanish and English fluent speaker.
• Bachelor's degree in photography, videography, visual arts, communications, marketing, or related field. Experience with Medical photography or Cosmetic surgery content creation is a plus.
• Proven experience in photography and videography, demonstrating proficiency in capturing and editing visual content.
• Understanding of Cosmetic surgery procedures, MedSpa treatments, and beauty industry trends, with the ability to translate technical information into compelling visual narratives.
• Knowledge of Canva.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including medical professionals, marketing specialists, and clients.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and excellence in visual content creation.
• Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Ethical conduct and respect for client privacy and confidentiality, with a commitment to upholding professional standards and regulatory requirements in medical photography and videography.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to evolving priorities and challenges.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles, analytics tools, and SEO strategies is a plus.
