Social Media Marketing Assistant

Overview
I'm seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Intern/assistant to assist me with my social media marketing. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, and digital marketing strategies. Duties

• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms on Tiktok and Instagram
• Create engaging content tailored for different audiences, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to enhance content visibility.
• Monitor social media channels for trends and conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences.
• Manage social media accounts and use tools such as Notion.
• Design promotional materials that align with branding efforts.
• Analyze performance metrics using web analytic tools to optimize content strategy.
• Support public relations efforts by managing relationships with influencers or partners.
• Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Assist in photography and video editing for promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with social media management tools such as Canva, CapCut, TikTok and instagram editing software.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other graphic design software is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of content creation techniques including branding and e-commerce strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail in proofreading tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• A keen interest in public relations, relationship management, and audience engagement strategies is beneficial.
• Experience or coursework in graphic design, photography, video editing, or related fields is an advantage.
