Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, project coordination, and client communications. You’ll support the marketing and account management teams in executing campaigns, tracking performance, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating client marketing campaigns, including website updates, SEO, PPC, and social media initiatives.
• Support account managers with research, reporting, and client meeting preparation.
• Help organize and maintain project playbooks, marketing assets, and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Draft and proof marketing copy for emails, outreach campaigns, and social media posts.
• Conduct competitor and market research to support client strategy.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Asana.
• Provide administrative support for scheduling, documentation, and client communications.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, PPC, CRM tools) is a plus.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) required.
• Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
