We are looking for a reliable and well-presented Check-In Agent to handle guest arrivals and ensure a seamless start to every stay. The ideal candidate is punctual, service-oriented, and familiar with Dubai locations and buildings.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet guests upon arrival and conduct smooth, professional check-ins</li><li>Guide guests through apartment features, facilities, and rules</li><li>Handle key handovers and verify guest IDs and booking details</li><li>Communicate with operations, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure readiness</li><li>Coordinate check-outs when needed and report any issues</li><li>Maintain excellent communication with the Guest Experience team</li><li>Represent the company with professionalism and hospitality</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, concierge, or holiday homes in Dubai</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a strong advantage)</li><li>Familiarity with Downtown Dubai buildings and locations</li><li>Well-groomed, punctual, and customer-service oriented</li><li>Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays</li><li>UAE driving license is a strong advantage</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary + performance bonuses</li><li>Fuel allowance / transportation support</li><li>Company mobile phone provided</li><li>Training and growth opportunities within the team</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Salary expectation:</li><li>List your previous Dubai experience in the Holiday Homes (Dubai) industry.
