Check-In Agent – Holiday Homes

Aurora is one of Dubai’s leading short-term rental management companies. We are looking for a reliable and well-presented Check-In Agent to handle guest arrivals and ensure a seamless start to every stay. The ideal candidate is punctual, service-oriented, and familiar with Dubai locations and buildings.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and conduct smooth, professional check-ins
  • Guide guests through apartment features, facilities, and rules
  • Handle key handovers and verify guest IDs and booking details
  • Communicate with operations, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure readiness
  • Coordinate check-outs when needed and report any issues
  • Maintain excellent communication with the Guest Experience team
  • Represent the company with professionalism and hospitality

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, concierge, or holiday homes in Dubai
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a strong advantage)
  • Familiarity with Downtown Dubai buildings and locations
  • Well-groomed, punctual, and customer-service oriented
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • UAE driving license is a strong advantage
