Job Description:
The Club Lounge Agent is responsible for the set-up, clearing and cleanliness of the Lounge area in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures and brand standards. Must deliver personal service to our VIP Guests and complies with all guest service basics such as proper uniform, name tag and proper guest greetings.

Promptly reports emergencies, accidents, injuries, missing articles, damage, engineering items and safety hazards to management.


Reports any deviations from policies, procedures, brand standards and regulations to management. Should be knowledgeable on hotel facilities and services to assist guests as appropriate and ensures all communication containing Company, hotel, brand and guest information is consistent with privacy policies, practices and regulations. Impresses guests with quality and timely service in a pleasant and friendly manner.

  • Perform Check In/Check Out for VIP Club Lounge guests
  • Monitor lounge access and ensure only eligible guests are admitted
  • Welcome and assist club lounge guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Serve drinks, beverages, and light refreshments to guests
  • Replenish food and beverage items and coordinate with kitchen/bar staff
  • Support smooth lounge operations during peak hours
  • Comply with policies and Practice safe work habits and comply with Sanitary, safety, security and emergency procedures.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns efficiently
  • Perform any other tasks / duties as requested by management

  • Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service, including serving drinks
  • Front desk and receptionist operation skills
