Job Summary

The Patient Relations Executive / Billing Executive is responsible for ensuring a smooth patient experience from registration to discharge, handling billing processes accurately, and addressing patient queries with empathy and professionalism. The role requires strong coordination between patients, doctors, insurance providers, and internal departments.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Relations

  • Greet patients and attendants courteously and assist with registration and documentation
  • Explain hospital services, procedures, and billing-related information clearly
  • Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and departments to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and service quality

Billing & Front Office Operations

  • Prepare accurate patient bills for OPD, IPD, diagnostics, and procedures
  • Verify services, doctor charges, pharmacy, and investigation entries
  • Handle cash, card, and insurance-related billing transactions
  • Explain bills and charges to patients and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Coordinate with insurance/TPI teams for approvals, claims, and documentation

Insurance & Documentation

  • Assist in cashless and reimbursement insurance processes
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hospital policies
  • Maintain patient records, billing files, and daily reports
  • Ensure confidentiality of patient and financial information

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare daily billing summaries and MIS reports
  • Follow hospital SOPs, NABH/JCI guidelines (if applicable)
  • Support audits and internal checks when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
