Job Title: SolidWorks Designer Location: Denton, TX (On-site) LOCAL APPLICANTS - POSITION IS IN PERSON - NO RELOCATION ASSISTANCE Company: Inova PurifiersPosition Overview: Inova Purifiers is seeking a talented SolidWorks Designer to join our team in Denton, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and modeling state-of-the-art air purification systems, primarily focusing on sheet metal and aluminum components. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a background in Engineering or Industrial Design, as well as experienced candidates looking to advance their skills in both design and production environments.You will be working in a dynamic, high-precision manufacturing environment utilizing CNC equipment, and you&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, purchasing, and shop/assembly. The ideal candidate will have strong SolidWorks skills, a keen attention to detail, and an interest in gaining hands-on experience in air purifier design and production.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create and refine SolidWorks models for air purification systems and components.</li><li>Research new design concepts, materials, and technologies.</li><li>Develop and document bill of materials (BOM) and technical drawings.</li><li>Collaborate with management and production teams to manufacture prototypes.</li><li>Ensure design outputs meet quality standards and conform to ISO 9001 requirements (where applicable).</li><li>Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve product functionality and manufacturability.</li></ul>Ideal Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Associate&rsquo;s Degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Experience in mechanical design, ideally in a manufacturing or production environment.</li><li>Proficiency in SolidWorks, with a focus on sheet metal assemblies.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.</li><li>Effective problem-solving, time management, and project coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision, with daily review meetings to track progress.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>Collaborative and supportive team environment</li></ul>Work Schedule:<ul><li>Full-time, 8-hour shifts</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Associate's Degree or higher preferred</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>SolidWorks: 1 year (preferred)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
