We're in search of a person with a strong connection to the marine environment to assist with current workload. This is a full time role.ABOUT USAre you ready to embark on an oyster-filled adventure? With phenomenal health benefits, positive impacts on the environment, and quite simply, a fine food shared between friends - we're committed to continually improving our farm to fork operations to provide consistently better oysters to the Australian market and beyond.ABOUT THE JOBYour work activities will include:Land-based activities:Grading and preparation of oysters for market/transport.Stripping oyster slats.Loading/unloading oyster punts.Packing, constructing baskets and oyster racking.Operating and maintaining farm mechanical equipment.Facility maintenance and cleaning the farm shed.On-water activities:Cultivating, seeding and harvesting oysters.Aquaculture and oyster husbandry.Maintaining oyster leases, baskets and other infrastructure.Vessel handling, maintenance and deck duties.ABOUT YOUDo you want a job in a magical coastal location that offers the lifestyle you love - surfing, fishing, hiking, camping?Do you want to build a career with a strong regional employer?Are you known for being punctual and reliable?
