This is a chance to come in early, work directly with the owner, and help build something real &mdash; not be one of 50 trucks at a bigger shop.If you take pride in your work, treat customers right, and want a steady role with growth potential as the company expands &mdash; read on.WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DOYou&rsquo;ll run installs and service calls solo. Day-to-day looks like this:<ul><li>Residential furnace, AC, and heat pump installs &mdash; full system swaps, line sets, ductwork, electrical hookups, startup, charging, and customer walkthrough</li></ul><ul><li>Service calls &mdash; diagnostics, repairs, no-heat / no-cool, control and component work</li></ul><ul><li>Maintenance tune-ups &mdash; seasonal PMs on furnaces, ACs, and heat pumps</li></ul><ul><li>Customer-facing work &mdash; you&rsquo;re representing the company in someone&rsquo;s home, so professionalism and cleanliness matter to us</li></ul>The owner sets up jobs, handles permits, pulls equipment lists, and does final walkthroughs. You execute. If you hit something tricky, the owner is a phone call away &mdash; and stops by if needed.WHAT WE NEEDRequired:<ul><li>2+ years of residential HVAC install experience, able to run installs solo</li></ul><ul><li>Comfortable with refrigerant work, brazing, line sets, gas piping, and electrical hookups</li></ul><ul><li>EPA 608 certification (Universal preferred)</li></ul><ul><li>Valid MN driver&rsquo;s license, clean driving record</li></ul><ul><li>Professional with customers &mdash; clean appearance, respectful, communicates clearly</li></ul><ul><li>Strong work ethic and a positive attitude, especially when jobs get hard</li></ul><ul><li>Reliable, punctual, takes pride in the work</li></ul><ul><li>Coachable &mdash; willing to call for help, learn the way we do things, and accept feedback</li></ul>Skills that may earn you more:<ul><li>Boiler installation and service experience</li></ul><ul><li>Ductless mini-split install and service experience</li></ul><ul><li>New home construction / rough-in experience</li></ul><ul><li>Water heater installation (tank and tankless)</li></ul><ul><li>Water softener installation and service</li></ul><ul><li>Competency Card / MN HVAC licensing</li></ul><ul><li>NATE certification</li></ul><ul><li>Heat pump and dual-fuel system experience</li></ul>WHAT WE OFFER<ul><li>$28 &ndash; $36/hr based on experience, skills, and how you show up day-to-day. The higher end of the range is earned through consistent performance, attitude, and professionalism with customers &mdash; not just credentials on paper.</li></ul><ul><li>Take-home company van &mdash; fully stocked, fueled, insured, and maintained by us</li></ul><ul><li>Specialty tools provided &mdash; refrigerant gauges, vacuum pump, recovery machine, brazing setup, leak detector.
