 Experience: Minimum 20&ndash;25 years in large-scale building construction with at least 5&ndash;7 years in leadership roles managing super Tall buildings (70+ floors) and familiar with advanced engineering.
 
 
 &bull; Proven experience with international quality and safety standards
 
 
 &bull; Candidates must have successfully delivered at least one full cycle of a super tall project preferably in Mumbai (from start to completion).
 
 
 &bull; Strong Civil expertise, and good working knowledge/experience in MEP systems.
 
 
 &bull; Experience in GCC high-rise/super tall construction will be considered an additional advantage.
 
 
 &bull; Strong understanding of modern construction technologies, MEP systems, and fa&ccedil;ade engineering required for Super Tall building Construction.
 
 
 &bull; India/international Experience working with reputed developers, PMC firms, or EPC contractors.
 
 
 &bull; Candidates with experience with Tier-1 Global real estate developers / Construction management / Contracting firms and exposure to BIM and digital project monitoring tools preferred.
