Project Head- Super Tall Residential

Experience: Minimum 20–25 years in large-scale building construction with at least 5–7 years in leadership roles managing super Tall buildings (70+ floors) and familiar with advanced engineering.

• Proven experience with international quality and safety standards

• Candidates must have successfully delivered at least one full cycle of a super tall project preferably in Mumbai (from start to completion).

• Strong Civil expertise, and good working knowledge/experience in MEP systems.

• Experience in GCC high-rise/super tall construction will be considered an additional advantage.

• Strong understanding of modern construction technologies, MEP systems, and façade engineering required for Super Tall building Construction.

• India/international Experience working with reputed developers, PMC firms, or EPC contractors.

• Candidates with experience with Tier-1 Global real estate developers / Construction management / Contracting firms and exposure to BIM and digital project monitoring tools preferred.
