</b></h3><div><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><br>
<ul><li>Draft constitutions, shareholder agreements, MOUs</li><li>
Review contracts for clients (Document Review service)</li><li>
Handle CAC name reservation, document submission, follow-ups</li><li>
NIPC/foreign investment documentation</li><li>
Due diligence research (vendor background checks, partner verification)</li><li>
Legal consulting (on-call for client questions)</li><li>
Sector-specific licenses (NAFDAC, CBN, SEC applications)</li></ul><br>

<p><b>Requirements:</b></p><br>
<ul><li>Have legal background (lawyer, paralegal, legal assistant, law student with practical experience)<br>
</li><li>
Understand Nigerian business registration processes (CAC knowledge is a plus)<br>
</li><li>
Can work independently with minimal supervision<br>
</li><li>
Deliver on deadlines (our clients are waiting)<br>
</li><li>
Communicate clearly (many clients are diaspora, need plain language)<br>
</li><li>
