Business Lawyer

Responsibilities:

• Draft constitutions, shareholder agreements, MOUs
• Review contracts for clients (Document Review service)
• Handle CAC name reservation, document submission, follow-ups
• NIPC/foreign investment documentation
• Due diligence research (vendor background checks, partner verification)
• Legal consulting (on-call for client questions)
• Sector-specific licenses (NAFDAC, CBN, SEC applications)

Requirements:

• Have legal background (lawyer, paralegal, legal assistant, law student with practical experience)
  
• Understand Nigerian business registration processes (CAC knowledge is a plus)
  
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
  
• Deliver on deadlines (our clients are waiting)
  
• Communicate clearly (many clients are diaspora, need plain language)
  
• Open to working with other firms (no exclusivity required)
