This position offers a rewarding opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment dedicated to automotive innovation.Duties<ul><li>Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately across various systems including powertrain, electrical, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).</li><li>Conduct repairs and maintenance on vehicles, including engine repairs, transmission work, wheel alignments, and suspension servicing.</li><li>Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems efficiently.</li><li>Repair or replace components such as transmissions, diesel engines, sensors, wiring harnesses, and other critical parts with precision.</li><li>Use hand tools and power tools safely to execute repairs adhering to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.</li><li>Conduct vehicle inspections and perform routine maintenance tasks like oil changes, brake services, tire rotations, and fluid replacements.</li><li>Assist with auto estimating processes by accurately assessing repair needs and communicating timelines to customers.</li><li>Maintain detailed service records for each vehicle serviced and ensure all work complies with dealership or shop standards.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven dealership experience or extensive service technician background with a focus on automotive repair.</li><li>Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, ADAS technology, schematics reading, and diagnostics tools.</li><li>Mechanical knowledge spanning powertrains, transmissions, diesel engine repair, welding techniques, and general maintenance procedures.</li><li>Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive service equipment.</li><li>Familiarity with GM vehicles or similar makes is a plus; experience with auto estimating software is advantageous.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to clearly explain repairs and maintenance procedures to clients.</li><li>Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics quickly while maintaining high-quality workmanship.</li><li>Demonstrated mechanic experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality assurance and safety compliance.
