About the RoleA Palm Beach yacht brokerage is seeking a highly organized and discreet Executive Assistant to provide direct support to a Managing Partner. This is a hands-on role for a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes pride in keeping operations running seamlessly behind the scenes.This position is 30-40 hours per week. Based in-office in Jupiter, FL, and requires the ability to travel as needed.
