Job Title: Repossession Agent (Experienced Only)Location: Cleveland, Ohio &amp; surrounding areas Job Type: Independent Contractor / Full-Time Pay: Per car (competitive rate per successful recovery) Schedule: Flexible, must be available nights &amp; weekendsJob Description: We are seeking an experienced, professional Repossession Agent to join our growing operation in the Cleveland area. This position is performance-based and best suited for self-motivated individuals who understand lawful, discreet, and efficient vehicle recovery.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Locate and recover vehicles safely, legally, and professionally</li><li>Conduct peaceful, non-confrontational recovery operations</li><li>Maintain constant communication with dispatch/management</li><li>Take detailed photos and document each recovery</li><li>Transport vehicles to designated lot as instructed</li><li>Follow all Ohio and federal repossession laws</li></ul>Requirements (Must Have):<ul><li>Minimum 1 year repossession experience</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license &amp; clean driving record</li><li>Knowledge of Cleveland and surrounding areas</li><li>Ability to work nights, weekends, and on-call</li><li>Must have a reliable vehicle and smartphone</li><li>Tow truck / wheel lift preferred (not required)</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>LPR/ALPR experience</li><li>Skip-tracing knowledge</li><li>Jump pack / lockout experience</li><li>Prior finance company or bank repo work</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive per-car pay</li><li>Steady volume of assignments</li><li>Growth opportunities</li><li>Professional and supportive environment</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, TemporaryPay: $42,989.40 - $51,772.18 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
