Job Title: Repossession Agent (Experienced Only)

Location: Cleveland, Ohio & surrounding areas
Job Type: Independent Contractor / Full-Time
Pay: Per car (competitive rate per successful recovery)
Schedule: Flexible, must be available nights & weekends

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, professional Repossession Agent to join our growing operation in the Cleveland area. This position is performance-based and best suited for self-motivated individuals who understand lawful, discreet, and efficient vehicle recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Locate and recover vehicles safely, legally, and professionally
• Conduct peaceful, non-confrontational recovery operations
• Maintain constant communication with dispatch/management
• Take detailed photos and document each recovery
• Transport vehicles to designated lot as instructed
• Follow all Ohio and federal repossession laws

Requirements (Must Have):

• Minimum 1 year repossession experience
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Knowledge of Cleveland and surrounding areas
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and on-call
• Must have a reliable vehicle and smartphone
• Tow truck / wheel lift preferred (not required)

Preferred Skills:

• LPR/ALPR experience
• Skip-tracing knowledge
• Jump pack / lockout experience
• Prior finance company or bank repo work

Pay: $42,989.40 - $51,772.18 per year
