This is an ideal opportunity for a highly organized individual with an exceptionally keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset who is looking for a long-term fit.Responsibilities&middot; Manage the full proposal and contract lifecycle&mdash;from initial RFI/RFQ/RFP and contract draft, amendment and execution to installation, maintenance and renewal&middot; Coordinate with internal departments to ensure contractual obligations are met; conduct regular audits for accuracy and completeness&middot; Evaluate current and implement improved procedures for proposal and contract intake, processing and tracking&middot; Identify and address contractual risks early in the procurement and sales processes to protect organizational interests; align contract terms and monitor compliance with internal policies, risk tolerance and client requirements&middot; Prepare related reports and correspondence for various stakeholders, provide regular updates to management and sales team on proposal/contract status and key metrics&middot; Maintain organizational documentation, including licenses and related invoices&middot; Provide detailed templates to accounting for customer invoice execution&middot; Manage the evaluation, negotiation, selection and oversight of vendor relationships and contracts, including recurring reviews/audits&middot; Conduct sourcing to secure goods and services directly through the supplier with quote/bid process or through cooperative contract, providing the best value&middot; Develop and manage reporting of sales revenue, profit and cost savings&middot; Collaborate with sales and technical teams to establish well-defined requirements, scope and criteria for procurement effectiveness&middot; Track and manage renewals to prevent service disruptions and ensure continuity&middot; Evaluate and implement sourcing &amp; process improvements; keep up-to-date on new productsQualifications&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferably in supply chain/logistics, legal or business sectors) plus 3 years of hands-on experience managing a variety of contracts and purchasing requirements (preferably technology-related) OR equivalent experience&middot; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat&middot; Impeccable documentation skills, attention to detail and accuracy, with demonstrated ability to draft and redline quote/proposal/contract language&middot; Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment&middot; Excellent written and verbal communication skills&middot; Strong initiative, reliability and customer service standards&middot; Demonstrated negotiation skills&middot; Experience with Zoho (or similar CRM platform) a significant plus&middot; Working knowledge of and experience in an ERP environment&middot; Knowledge of and/or exposure to heavy-duty aftermarket industry&middot; Some technical aptitude, particularly with general software and hardware solutionsOther duties may be assigned.
