Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet visitors at the front desk with warmth and professionalism, managing check-in procedures efficiently</li><li>Answer multiple-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and administrative document</li><li>Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and patience</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>CCC One Management program experience</li><li>Previous Auto Collision industry experience</li><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment</li><li>Previous office management or administrative experience preferred, including clerical tasks like filing and data entry</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette</li><li>Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records</li><li>Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday</li></ul>Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering outstanding service!
